CU Carinthia University by the Numbers
CU Carinthia University (formerly FH Carinthia) was founded in 1993 and offers programs at four campus locations – Klagenfurt, Villach, Feldkirchen, and Spittal an der Drau – 20 Bachelor’s Degree programs, 22 Master’s Degree programs and 31 Continuing Education courses (as of the 2025-26 winter semester). The university community comprises over 4,000 students and more than 12,400 alumni; it is internationally connected through a network of 160 partner universities and is a member of the European University Alliance ACE²-EU.
