Human Resources Management

The team’s responsibilities include establishing, maintaining, and further developing a competent and streamlined human resources management system. This encompasses all aspects of human resources administration, including payroll processing, handling matters related to labor law, as well as recruitment and employee development initiatives. Currently, the team manages the data for approximately 400 full-time employees and approximately 800 part-time instructors.
