Organizational Development

Organizational development at our university aims to continuously improve structures, processes and collaboration, as well as to help shape the implementation of the strategic process. The focus is on adapting to changing requirements, strengthening internal communication and ensuring the sustainable development of our university.
 

Through participatory formats, feedback processes and defined strategic projects, we shape change processes and create a future-oriented work environment for all university members. In other words, we create spaces for reflection, dialogue and collaborative learning to develop innovative solutions. In doing so, we focus on our values, including transparency, participation and quality. Our goal is to shape a sustainable, agile and values-driven organization that actively addresses the challenges of the educational landscape.
