Brief Description
FH-Prof. Dr. Christine Dullnig-Pichler, Bakk. MA, is a sociologist and directs the Joint Master’s Program in Active Aging and Age-Friendly Society at CU. She also heads the Department of Intergenerational Solidarity, Activity, and Civil Society (ISAC) at the Institute for Applied Research on Ageing (IARA). In her research and teaching, she focuses on the societal challenges of demographic change, intergenerational relationships, and the promotion of active participation and social inclusion across the lifespan. By combining scientific research, international collaboration, and practice-oriented teaching, she contributes to the development of innovative concepts for an age-friendly society.
