Driven by a desire for professional and personal growth, Yvonne Salbrechter completed her Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in Healthcare Management at CU Carinthia University of Applied Sciences while working full-time. Particularly formative experiences for her were the international semesterabroad in Sweden, building a valuable network, and the integration of theory and practice. Today, she is the Deputy Director of Nursing at the UKH Klagenfurt am Wörthersee and is convinced that investing in education lays the foundation for personal growth and responsible leadership roles.
