“Growth starts at the end of the comfort zone.” – This motto has guided Margareta Steiner ever since she studied Healthcare Management at CU Carinthia University of Applied Sciences. A year abroad in Sweden and an internship in the U.S. laid the foundation for her international career. Today, she leads projects at an international pharmaceutical company and draws on her experience from various countries in the areas of project management, finance, HR, and logistics. For her, openness, flexibility, and the courage to break new ground are the foundation for sustainable success.
