Even while studying Healthcare Management, Benedikt Martinek gained valuable insights into quality management through a professional internship at Klinikum Klagenfurt and built a lasting network in the healthcare sector. After gaining his first professional experience, he founded the company profidelis24 together with a fellow student. With the goal of sustainably improving the quality of 24-hour care, they developed a holistic care concept and successfully established their company in Carinthia and Styria.
