Prof. Dr. Eithne Knappitsch^{, Ph.D.} 

Eithne Knappitsch teaches in the Master’s program in International Business Management as part of the Personal Skills Development Program and in the International Human Resource Management specialization. Her areas of expertise include intercultural collaboration, human resource development, and leadership in international organizations.

She directs the Bachelor’s program in Intercultural Management at CU Carinthia University of Applied Sciences and serves as president of SIETAR Austria (Society for Intercultural Education, Training, and Research). In addition, she has held positions at the University of Klagenfurt and the University of Ulster, among others, and has worked as a researcher for the Northern Ireland Assembly.

Students benefit from her many years of international teaching and research experience, as well as her expertise in intercultural communication, leadership, and human resource management.
