Prof. Florian Oppitz, MMag., Ph.D. 

Florian Oppitz teaches the module “CEE/SEE and Global Business Environment” in the International Business Management master’s program. His areas of expertise include European law and the legal frameworks of international economic regions.

Before joining CU Carinthia University of Applied Sciences, he served, among other roles, as a research assistant at the University of Vienna, a legal clerk at the European Court of Human Rights, and a trainee attorney at a Vienna-based law firm specializing in commercial law. He also teaches at Rhine-Waal University of Applied Sciences in Germany.

Students benefit from his in-depth expertise in European and international law, as well as from practical insights into the legal foundations of cross-border economic activity.
