EMPOWER PEOPLE 2026: HR Data Storytelling
How can HR data lead to better decisions? And how can we present figures and analyses in a way that not only makes them easy to understand, but also inspires people to take action?
On November 26, 2026, from 5:00 p.m., EMPOWER PEOPLE 2026 will focus on “HR Data Storytelling” and explore precisely these questions. The event is organized by the People Experience Community (www.pe-c.at) in partnership with CU.
Together with experts from Siemens Energy, UNIQA Insurance Group, and Lidl, we’ll take a practical look at how companies use People Analytics and turn data into a sound basis for decision-making in HR and management.
We’ll focus on current questions relating to:
- People Analytics in practice
- Data quality and the use of AI
- Dashboards and reporting
- HR data storytelling and data-driven decisions
It’s not just about what data is available, but above all how to turn data into relevant insights—and those insights into good decisions.
