Familien- & Sportresort Brennseehof

Do you want to combine theory with practice, learn the hospitality industry from the ground up, and grow in a family-like environment? At the Familien- & Sportresort Brennseehof, you can expect a varied workday right on the lake, a strong team, and real insights into all areas of the hospitality industry.

The Brennseehof is a family-run sports resort in a unique location–right on Lake Brennsee, nestled in the natural beauty of Carinthia. Here, we combine warm hospitality, personalized attention, and an authentic hotel experience with a diverse range of sports activities. From water sports to tennis and cycling, to varied activity and entertainment programs, we offer our guests numerous opportunities to stay active all year round.

A special highlight is our exclusive partnership with the Krainer Sports School–both in summer and winter. This results in a professional yet diverse range of sports and activities, into which you’ll also gain exciting insights.

As an employer, we place great value on respectful collaboration, short decision-making paths, and genuine opportunities for growth. Thanks to our well-thought-out structure, you’ll gain insights into all areas–from the front desk and service to the kitchen, as well as organization, marketing, and management–and into the planning and implementation of sports and entertainment programs.

A special advantage: The owner family itself brings in-depth expertise from a degree in management and places great value on hands-on training. For you, this means you’re not just on the sidelines, but right in the thick of things–learning to understand how everything fits together and applying your theoretical knowledge directly in day-to-day operations.

Whether it’s an internship, apprenticeship, or degree program–with us, you’ll have the chance to take on responsibility, develop your skills, and experience the hospitality industry in a truly holistic way.

What sets us apart? Personality, team spirit, and a passion for hospitality. If you’re motivated, curious, and enjoy working with people, you’ll find not just a job at the Brennseehof, but a place with a future.
