Right in the thick of it: Your dual degree program at the Grand Tirolia Kitzbühel

At the Grand Tirolia, you’ll combine your studies with real-world experience in the luxury hospitality industry. You’ll gain exposure to different departments, take on responsibility, and grow both professionally and personally in an international environment.

Hands-on experience that takes you further:

During your practical training phases, you’ll gain insights into different areas of the hotel and experience firsthand how many individual processes come together to create a special guest experience. Here, you won’t just be observing–you’ll actively work as part of the team, apply the knowledge you’ve gained in your studies, and gradually take on more responsibility. Experienced colleagues will be there to support you and are happy to share their knowledge with you.

Growth with Prospects:

We want to support you in further developing your professional and personal strengths. In day-to-day hotel operations, you’ll learn to understand how things fit together, work independently, and master new challenges. At the same time, you’ll be part of an international hotel group that offers you a wide range of opportunities for growth and career advancement–even beyond Kitzbühel.

Work where others go on vacation:

We also want to offer you an attractive environment outside of your daily work routine. This includes affordable staff housing and free meals–even on your days off. You can also use our fitness center free of charge. With the MyKitzCard, you’ll enjoy numerous discounts in Kitzbühel. In addition, you’ll enjoy discounted golf at the Eichenheim Golf Course, Family & Friends rates, and discounts on dining options within our hotel group. Depending on availability, you can also participate in select activities from our guest program–such as yoga or hiking.

Would you like to go beyond just theoretical learning and instead be part of our team from the very beginning, take on responsibility, and continue to grow professionally? Then we look forward to getting to know you.
