COME TO THE LAKE! Start your future in the hospitality industry
Do you want to combine theory with practice, learn the hospitality industry from the ground up, and grow in an international resort? At MONDI Resort Grundlsee, you’ll gain real insights into all areas of the hospitality industry, be part of a strong team, and work in one of Austria’s most beautiful regions.
The MONDI Resort Grundlsee is more than just a workplace–it’s a place where people come together to host with passion. Nestled in the natural beauty of the Ausseerland region, we combine Alpine charm with modern tourism and warm hospitality. Our resort combines a chalet village, traditional apartments, and a stylish hotel, as well as two dining concepts–ranging from a down-to-earth local inn to fine dining. This diversity makes us special not only for our guests but also for our employees.
As an employer, we place great value on respectful collaboration, quick decision-making, and genuine opportunities for growth. Young people find trust, support, and the chance to get to know all areas of the hospitality industry–from kitchen and service to front office and event management, as well as insights into marketing, sales, and accounting. With us, learning doesn’t just happen on the side–it happens right in the midst of daily operations.
We offer an ideal environment especially for students in a dual degree program in hotel management: You’ll experience the resort’s day-to-day operations holistically, understand how everything fits together, and can apply your theoretical knowledge directly. You’ll be guided by experienced colleagues who are happy to share their expertise and support you step by step in your professional and personal development.
What sets us apart? Team spirit, reliability, and the belief that great hosts can only thrive in a positive work environment. If you’re motivated, curious, and enjoy working with people, you’ll find a career with a future at MONDI Resort Grundlsee–and a job that’s truly meaningful.
