Certified organic for nearly 30 years, we maintain a consistently closed-loop food cycle and are pioneers in zero waste, the food circle, and a lifestyle fit for our grandchildren.
Our vision: sustainability you can feel. From organic fruit grown on our own farm to homemade jams and breads, all the way to handcrafted cosmetics from our Retter BioGut–regionality and local value creation are our top priorities.
In our award-winning kitchen, we use exclusively free-range organic animals from within a 25–35 km radius, preparing them whole and with the utmost respect. Vegan and vegetarian creations are just as much a part of our culinary concept as creative, seasonal menus.
Our BIO | ORGANIC | SPA, featuring 3,200 m² of wellness space, a natural swimming pond, a yoga room, and sustainable treatments, offers relaxation and inspiration for guests and staff alike.
