As colorful as life itself.

Melissa Jergatsch, Counselor at “Spatz’nnest,” a social and experiential education residential community run by ais-Jugendbetreuung

Even before starting college, Melissa Jergatsch knew she wanted to work with children and adolescents. While studying Social Work, she was particularly inspired by the diversity of the subject matter, target groups, and methods, as well as the opportunity to gain valuable practical experience early on through professional internships. Today, she supports children and adolescents in residential youth care, combining her expert knowledge with a professional approach.

“CU Carinthia University of Applied Sciences prepared me both professionally and personally for the diverse challenges of Social Work. The close connection between theory and practice, as well as the opportunity to further my professional development while still a student, were particularly valuable to me.”
