Career Guidance and Labor Market Integration

Work means more than just income - it fosters independence, social participation and future prospects. At the same time, the world of work is constantly changing: new job profiles are emerging, requirements are evolving and many people need professional support to find their way into training, careers and employment. This is exactly where the Academic Program “Career Guidance and Labor Market Integration - Academic Trainer” comes in.

You’ll develop a solid understanding of the dynamics of the labor market and learn to professionally support people in various life situations - from young people entering the workforce to those seeking a career change, as well as people with a migration background or those returning to work after extended career breaks. In doing so, you’ll combine knowledge of labor market policy with practical methods of counseling, career guidance and skills development.

As a part-time Academic Program, the course provides you with both theoretical foundations and practical tools for your professional practice. You’ll explore labor market trends, social law, the educational landscape and project management; develop skills in training and counseling; and learn to plan, implement and refine labor market-related projects. This will qualify you for positions of responsibility in educational institutions, social organizations, integration projects, government agencies and many other areas of labor market integration.
