Sustainable Building & Property Management BSc
Bachelor's Degree Program
How will we live and work in the future? The answer to this question will be shaped largely by the real estate industry. Buildings are part of our lives from start to finish–and they play a key role when it comes to climate protection, resource conservation, and the quality of life for future generations.
Sustainable Building & Property Management means taking a holistic approach to real estate. It combines economic success with environmental responsibility and social considerations. The goal is to plan, operate, and develop buildings sustainably throughout their entire life cycle–efficiently, with an eye toward the future, and responsibly.
Through the Sustainable Building & Property Management program, you’ll gain the skills to actively help shape the transformation of the real estate industry. You’ll learn to balance economic, environmental, and social requirements and to develop innovative solutions to the challenges of a changing industry.
