Even during his HTL training, Florian Scheiber was certain that he wanted to use his technical education to contribute to healthcare. During his bachelor’s degree in medical technology at Carinthia University of Applied Sciences, he deepened this interest by specializing in automation in the healthcare sector, thereby laying the foundation for his current career path.

He found his first position at PCS Professional Clinical Software GmbH through the Carinthia University of Applied Sciences’ job platform. As a consultant, he plans and oversees automation projects for pharmacies, hospitals, and pharmaceutical wholesalers. In doing so, he combines technical expertise with the requirements of modern healthcare facilities and develops solutions that make day-to-day work in the healthcare sector more efficient.

For Florian Scheiber, the combination of academic study and professional experience was a key factor in his success: the “Study & Work” model allowed him to immediately apply theoretical knowledge in practice and to continuously develop both professionally and personally.
