Thomas Steinwender fondly looks back on his time as a student at Carinthia University of Applied Sciences. In particular, the practical focus, the personal contact with faculty members, and the required internship semester shaped his career path. After graduating, he immediately landed his dream job and later took over as managing director of Winkler Bau GmbH. Today, he shares his experience with students as a part-time instructor, thus coming full circle with his own education.
