From an International Internship to the Executive Team

Oliver Gusella, M.Sc., Managing Partner | Vasko+Partner Engineers

Oliver Gusella earned both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in civil engineering from CU Carinthia University of Applied Sciences. He was particularly influenced by the hands-on training, close collaboration with faculty, and a six-month international internship at STRABAG in Canada, where he gained valuable international experience working on a tunnel construction project. After starting his career at Vasko+Partner Ingenieure in Vienna, he held several leadership positions before becoming a managing partner.

“The hands-on training, personal guidance, and close ties to the construction industry prepared me perfectly for my career. Looking back, my studies and the wealth of practical experience laid the foundation for my professional development.”
