Recently, we had the privilege of accompanying and supporting students in the Intercultural Management (ICM) program at CU Carinthia University of Applied Sciences during their project management courses. It was an extremely enriching experience that underscored the importance of mutual learning.

Collaborating with students in the Intercultural Management (ICM) program was a natural fit for us. As a leading consulting firm in the field of intercultural management, we understand how important it is to promote diversity and foster new perspectives. That is exactly what these students brought to the table: a combination of enthusiasm and an understanding of intercultural dynamics that aligned perfectly with our core mission.

The result was an excellent collaboration from which both sides benefited greatly. The students, armed with their academic knowledge, were ready to tackle real-world projects, while we were equally excited to give them the opportunity to experience the practical application of what they had learned in their studies.
