The International HR & People Management specialization (semester 2, two 5 ECTS modules) prepares students to manage people, talent and change in multinational organizations. Students learn how HR contributes strategically to international business success, how diverse and global workforces can be managed effectively, and how leadership, digital tools, data analytics and AI can support HR and people development across borders.

The International Finance & Accounting specialization (semester 3, two 5 ECTS modules) prepares students to make sound financial and accounting-related decisions in an international business environment. Students learn how multinational companies manage capital, cash, risk, valuation and reporting, and how international accounting standards, taxation, sustainability and digital tools influence corporate decision-making.
- Assess financial assets and business value in multinational companies

Marketing Psychology
The brand-new Marketing Psychology Learning Path is expected to be available from 2027 onward, subject to approval by all governing bodies.
It is designed for students who want to build a strong profile at the intersection of international marketing, consumer behavior, communication, psychology and digital marketing. The path combines psychological insights into how people perceive, decide and consume with practical marketing tools for branding, communication, sales and customer engagement.
- Build foundational knowledge in the new Communication & Media Psychology module (5 ECTS) in semester 1
- Deepen your expertise through the two modules Consumer Behavior & Pricing Psychology and Measuring the Consumer Mind (2x 5 ECTS) in semester 2
- Understand how psychological factors influence perception, attention, motivation, attitudes and purchasing behavior
- Connect consumer psychology with international branding, marketing communication and digital marketing
- Learn how insights into human behavior can support better customer journeys, campaigns and brand experiences
- Develop a strong profile as an international marketing expert together with the other marketing-related modules in the curriculum (International Digital Marketing Lab, International Marketing Communication and Brand Management, and International Sales Management)
