Scholarships for the Bachelor's Degree program in Healthcare and Nursing
Depending on your personal situation, you can choose from a variety of scholarships and educational grants.
Scholarship Kärntner Sparkasse Private Foundation
The scholarship is intended for career changers who decide to pursue a Degree in Healthcare and Nursing. It supports graduates of other Degree programs as well as individuals over the age of 30 who are planning a new career path and were previously ineligible for financial aid.

The Humanomed Group provides financial support to students in the fields of Healthcare and Nursing and also offers subsidized internships at its facilities.
Care Scholarship Federal Government
The Care Scholarship supports, among others, unemployed individuals or those on parental leave, as well as high school graduates and college dropouts who meet the eligibility requirements. Applications are submitted through the AMS and must be filed before enrolling in a Degree program.

Scholarship for the Bachelor's Degree program in Radiologic Technology
Diagnostikum Graz Scholarship
Diagnostikum Graz awards two scholarships to students in the Bachelor’s Degree program in Radiologic Technology at CU Carinthia University. Starting as early as the second semester, you can complete a paid CT internship. Starting in the third semester, you’ll have the opportunity to apply for the Diagnostikum Graz Scholarship.
Here’s what you can expect
- Paid CT internship in the second semester (€ 480 for 150 hours)
- Scholarship of € 1,600 per semester
- Tuition covered starting in the third semester
- Opportunity for paid Saturday shifts in the MRI department (7:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m., € 200 per shift)
- INTERSPAR gift cards worth € 10 per workday during the internship
Your Eligibility
If you receive the scholarship, the following conditions apply:
- Completion of all possible clinical rotations at Diagnostikum Graz (MRI and nuclear medicine)
- Proof of successful completion of each semester
- Employment at Diagnostikum Graz for at least 36 months after graduation
