You meet the academic requirements for admission to the “Digital Transformation Management” master’s program with one of the following degrees:
- a completed, relevant bachelor’s degree from a university of applied sciences
- an equivalent degree from a recognized domestic or foreign postsecondary educational institution
In particular, degree programs with a focus on business administration, as well as those with a focus on digitalization or IT, are considered relevant.

Upon successfully completing the Digital Transformation Management program, you will have a broad yet practice-oriented skill set for shaping digital transformation processes in businesses and government agencies.
You will develop a solid understanding of the design and further development of digital business models, the management of transformation processes, and entrepreneurial approaches in the fields of startups and digital entrepreneurship. In addition, you will explore human resource development, organizational change, and the ethical and legal frameworks governing digital business. This will enable you not only to analyze digital changes but also to strategically contextualize them, shape them responsibly, and support them effectively.
You will gain in-depth knowledge in key subject areas such as:
- E-business
- Digital Marketing
- Data Science
This will enable you to understand digital market mechanisms, develop data-driven decision-making frameworks, and plan and implement targeted strategies for customer acquisition, communication, and digital value creation. At the same time, you’ll learn to systematically analyze information and data and apply them to business decisions.
You’ll also gain an understanding of the technological foundations of future-oriented developments such as artificial intelligence, Industry 4.0, and virtual and augmented reality. You’ll learn to evaluate technological potential in a business context, identify potential applications across various fields, and align technological innovations with economic, organizational, and societal requirements. This will prepare you to operate effectively at the intersection of management, technology, and data.

Here's how the program is structured chronologically
The Digital Transformation Management master’s program spans four semesters and is worth 120 ECTS credits. It is offered as a full-time program and is structured to be easily compatible with a full-time job.
Each semester includes six on-campus weekends. Classes are held all day on Fridays and Saturdays, starting at 8:30 a.m. In addition, there are interactive online learning sessions, which are held primarily on Tuesdays and Thursdays starting at 5:40 p.m., as well as occasionally on Fridays and Saturdays. The on-campus dates are set well in advance for the entire program.
