and Facilitation in Destinations - MC

Learn how effective stakeholder engagement can support sustainable and inclusive tourism development. The micro-credential “Methodologies for Stakeholder Engagement and Facilitation in Destinations” teaches you practical stakeholder management methods to identify and analyze relevant stakeholders, select appropriate participation and facilitation approaches, and foster constructive dialogue among stakeholders in the tourism sector.

You’ll learn how to develop strategic communication plans, conduct surveys and interviews, and professionally design stakeholder processes.
