All key areas of business psychology in one degree program
You’ll explore business psychology from three perspectives: the workplace, customers, and markets. The program combines occupational, organizational, and industrial psychology with marketing, consumer, and financial psychology. This will give you a broad skill set and enable you to work in a variety of business fields.
Practice at the High-Tech Site in Villach
Villach is synonymous with high-tech, research, and organizational change. Technological advancements, the demand for skilled workers, demographic shifts, and the new Koralm Railway are driving real-world processes of change that you will examine, analyze, and address from a psychological perspective during your studies. In this way, the city itself becomes a real-world setting for business psychology.
Career Opportunities in the Southern Region
Even while you’re still a student, you can take on your first subject-related tasks through the Study & Work program—for example, in recruiting, HR administration, personnel development, project coordination, market research, or communications. After graduation, you may pursue careers in HR, organizational development, occupational health and safety management, consumer research, consulting, or applied research.
