Here's how the curriculum is structured

Each of the first three semesters consists of six 5 ECTS modules. Semester 4 is dedicated to the master’s thesis (22 ECTS) and master exam (3 ECTS) as well as one 5 ECTS module. There are five types of modules in the curriculum (in addition to the master thesis and master exam):

Practical, hands-on learning is a central part of the entire program. In the Business Laboratories, you’ll develop business ideas, work on consulting projects, and collaborate with companies to solve real-world management challenges—culminating in the final Management Hackathon.

In addition to technical skills, you will develop key competencies essential for international leadership roles. These include leadership, coaching, critical thinking, intercultural communication, and negotiation skills.

In the Core Curriculum, you’ll gain in-depth knowledge of the key areas of international management. These include, among others, International Strategic Management, Corporate Finance & Controlling, Sustainability & ESG Management, and the international economic and business environment.

You will explore the future-oriented topics of modern business management—including Artificial Intelligence for Business & Management, Data Analytics & Business Intelligence, as well as research methods and preparation for your master's thesis.
